M'informen que Register.it ha comprat Nominalia per 5,2 milions d'euros. La nota que m'han fet arribar diu així:
Register.it, an internet domain hosting and managing company, has agreed to acquire 100 per cent of the market shares in Spanish internet services company Nominalia for €5.2m.The Barcelona-based Nominalia manages more than 155,000 domains and adding about 3,000 new domains per month. Nomalia has agreements with registries all over the world, allowing it to offer registration and domain management services in more than 100 different countries.
Register.it has agreed to acquire Nominalia as part of its strategy to strengthen its domain management and hosting activities.
The transaction is expected to be completed by January 2008.
